Terms of Use and Sale
These terms govern the use of the LEVA terminal (the “Service”) published by [raison sociale] (“LEVA”, “we”). By connecting a wallet or signing a transaction through LEVA you accept them. Before your first real transaction, LEVA asks you to accept them expressly.

Intellectual property
The LEVA brand, logo, texts, interfaces and graphics are protected. Any reproduction without permission is prohibited, except where the law allows it. Token names and logos belong to their owners and are shown for information. The open-source software used is listed in annex 3.
1. The Service
- LEVA is a non-custodial software interface: it shows public Solana data and prepares transactions that you review and sign yourself, with your wallet or with the instant wallet created in your browser. LEVA never holds your private keys or funds and cannot act on your wallet without your signature.
- Trades are executed by third-party protocols: the Jupiter aggregator (Metis routing, “Powered by Jupiter”), decentralised exchanges (pump.fun, PumpSwap, Raydium, Meteora…), Jupiter Trigger for limit orders and, once real leverage opens, Lavarage. Transactions are sent to the network through a Solana node and, depending on your preset, Jito’s block engine. LEVA controls neither these protocols, nor prices, liquidity or the availability of the Solana network. The third-party services and the data each one receives are listed in the privacy policy.
- LEVA gives no investment advice. Data shown (prices, market caps, holders, metrics) comes from public sources and may be delayed or inaccurate.
2. Access
- You must be an adult (18 or older) with full legal capacity.
- You must not live in a country where using crypto-assets or leveraged products is forbidden to you, nor be on a sanctions list. You are responsible for the laws that apply to you, including taxes.
- The Service is not offered to people who live in or are located in the European Union, outermost regions included: trading is blocked there, based on the country of connection. Getting around this block, for example with a VPN, is prohibited.
- No account is needed: your identifier is your wallet’s public address.
- Before preparing or sending a transaction, LEVA checks the wallet address against sanctions lists and its own blocklist (for example at a provider’s or an authority’s request), and may refuse access from some countries. A request concerned is refused without being carried out. The check runs on LEVA’s servers: your address is not sent to a screening service.
3. Prices and fees
- LEVA fee: 1% of the SOL amount of each market buy or sell (0.9% if you joined LEVA with a referral code): on a buy, of the SOL you spend; on a sell, of the SOL estimated when you place the order. Its amount is shown before every order and that amount is what is taken, in the same transaction, through a transfer visible in your wallet, even if the final price moves within your slippage. All taxes included where applicable.
- No subscription, no deposit, withdrawal or inactivity fee.
- Third-party fees, not received by LEVA: Solana network fees, the priority fee and Jito tip set in your presets, exchange fees included in the price you get, and about 0.1% taken by Jupiter on limit orders (0.03% on stablecoin pairs). LEVA takes no fee on limit orders.
- Leverage (once open): Lavarage fees of 1% at open (at least 0.005 SOL) and at close, a LEVA fee at open (0.25% on launches, 0.5% on Lavarage pools, 1.5% on migrated tokens) and borrow interest, all shown before the buy.
- Fees received by LEVA feed, among other things, the leverage fund described in section 5.
4. Orders and execution
- Every order is a request for immediate execution: LEVA prepares the transaction, you sign it, it is sent to the network. The final price may differ from the estimate within the slippage you chose; beyond it, the transaction fails.
- A transaction confirmed on the blockchain is final: neither LEVA nor anyone else can reverse it.
- By accepting these terms before your first transaction, you ask for each transaction you sign to be carried out immediately and acknowledge that an executed transaction cannot be withdrawn (see the right of withdrawal, annex 2).
5. Leverage, leverage fund and whitelist
- At launch, real leverage is not open. It will open when the leverage fund (fed by trading fees) allows it. LEVA guarantees no opening date, amount or availability of real leverage.
- Whitelist: when it opens, real leverage will first be reserved to selected traders. Every trade made on LEVA whose transaction paid the LEVA fee earns 1 point per dollar traded (2 with leverage). A referrer also receives 20% of their referees’ points. The first selection keeps the best-ranked traders (10 announced spots) fourteen days after the public opening, with a minimum of 100 points; more spots then open as the leverage fund grows. The ranking is public, with shortened wallet addresses. Ties are broken by volume, then by wallet address; only a wallet with at least one trade of its own can be selected, and LEVA team wallets are not.
- Points have no monetary value, cannot be transferred or exchanged and give no right to any payment. LEVA may exclude from the ranking a wallet clearly used to distort the selection (multiple wallets, manipulation): the exclusion is shown on the Whitelist page when that wallet is connected, and can be disputed at [adresse e-mail de contact]. LEVA may adapt the number of spots, dates or rules by announcing changes on the Whitelist page before they apply.
- Once open, leverage will be provided by Lavarage lending pools or the LEVA vault. A leveraged position can be liquidated and you can lose your whole stake; see the risk disclosure (annex 1).
6. Referrals
You can create a referral code and share it. The link between a referee and their referrer is created at the referee’s express request (a message signed by their wallet) and cannot be changed afterwards. Benefits: 0.9% fee instead of 1% for the referee, 20% of their points for the referrer. Referrals involve no payment. Referring yourself is forbidden.
7. Instant wallet
The optional instant wallet is generated and encrypted in your browser; its key is never sent to LEVA. You alone are responsible for backing it up (key export): clearing browser data without a backup can make the funds unrecoverable. Keep only trading funds on it.
8. Your commitments
- Use the Service lawfully, without market manipulation, attacks on its security or abusive automated use.
- Check every transaction before signing it and keep your keys and recovery phrases safe.
Token content
Token names, symbols, images and links are chosen by their creators and shown as the blockchain and public sources give them, without prior review by LEVA. You can report illegal content following the procedure below. LEVA may hide a token, an image or a creator’s tokens (illegal content, a rights holder’s or an authority’s request, obvious scam): they no longer appear and can no longer be traded through LEVA.
Report illegal content
Single point of contact for users and authorities (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065, Digital Services Act, articles 11, 12 and 16): [adresse e-mail de signalement], in French or English.
To report content, give:
- the token address (mint) or the address of the page concerned;
- why you believe the content is illegal;
- your name and e-mail address (except for child sexual abuse material, which can be reported anonymously);
- a statement that your report is accurate and made in good faith.
LEVA acknowledges receipt, reviews the report without delay and tells you its decision and how to contest it. Content found illegal is hidden: the token no longer appears and can no longer be traded through LEVA.
9. Risks and liability
- Memecoins are extremely volatile; you can lose everything you put in. Read the risk disclosure (annex 1).
- LEVA provides the Service with care but cannot guarantee continuous operation or the accuracy of third-party data. LEVA is not liable for losses due to market moves, third-party protocols, the Solana network, your wallet or your own error, unless LEVA is at fault. Nothing here limits your statutory rights as a consumer, including the legal guarantee of conformity (section 9a), or LEVA’s liability for gross negligence or fraud.
9a. Legal guarantee of conformity
LEVA is bound by the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content and services (articles L224-25-12 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) for as long as the Service is supplied. If the Service is not in conformity, you are entitled to have it brought into conformity or, failing that, to a price reduction or to terminate the contract, as those articles provide. To use it, write to [adresse e-mail de contact]describing the defect. This guarantee applies regardless of any other clause of these terms.
10. Personal data
LEVA processes as little data as possible: see the privacy policy, which also covers what the terminal keeps in your browser (cookies and local storage).
11. Term, suspension, changes
- You can stop using the Service at any time, with no formality. There is no account to close.
- LEVA may suspend access if these terms are breached or the security of the Service or its users is at risk.
- LEVA may change these terms; the new version is shown to you and must be accepted before your next transaction. Executed transactions remain governed by the version accepted when they were signed.
12. Complaints, mediation, governing law
- Complaints: [adresse e-mail de contact]. We answer within one month.
- If your written complaint is not resolved, you may, as a consumer, refer it free of charge to the consumer mediator: [nom du médiateur de la consommation] — [site du médiateur] — [adresse du médiateur].
- These terms are governed by French law. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence and may bring proceedings before the courts of their domicile; otherwise the courts of LEVA’s registered office have jurisdiction.
- Language: these terms are written in French; the English version is a translation. The terminal’s interface is offered in several languages for convenience; if the versions differ, the French version of these terms prevails.
Annex 1 — Risk disclosure
Trading memecoins is a very high-risk activity. Only use money you can afford to lose entirely. Nothing on LEVA is investment advice.
Memecoins
- Most newly launched tokens lose most or all of their value, often within hours.
- Creators and early holders can sell large amounts at any time (“rug pulls”). Metrics shown (holders, creator, audit) are indicative only.
- Liquidity can be thin: a large order moves the price and slippage can be high.
Leverage
At launch, real leverage is not open. The risks below will apply once it opens.
- Leverage multiplies gains and losses. At 5x on a lending pool, a drop of roughly 11–18% (depending on the pool’s liquidation threshold) is enough to liquidate the position: you then lose your whole stake.
- Borrow interest accrues while the position is open and moves the liquidation price closer.
- Fast moves, oracle delays or network congestion can cause liquidation at a worse price than displayed.
- Loans come from Lavarage pools or the LEVA vault; available liquidity, maximum multiple and rates can change at any time.
Launch leverage: the curve floor and its limits
- This leverage is not open at LEVA’s launch. Once open: while a token trades on its standard pump.fun curve, its price cannot fall below its launch price, and LEVA will size the loan on what your tokens are worth at that price, fees included.
- You can still lose money: if the token falls back towards its launch price, the position loses value. The “worst case” shown before each buy is the loss if the token returns to its launch price and you sell there, fees included, interest excluded.
- Interest keeps accruing: a position left open a long time near the launch price can become liquidatable (about two weeks at the default rate).
- The floor disappears when the token migrates to an exchange: the position then becomes an ordinary leveraged position that can be liquidated. LEVA shows an alert as migration approaches.
- Mayhem-mode launches, non-standard curves and curves quoted in another token have no such floor: no launch leverage is offered on them.
Technical risks
- Smart contracts (Jupiter, exchanges, Lavarage) may contain flaws.
- A transaction can fail or land late during congestion; MEV protection reduces but does not remove sandwich risk.
- The instant wallet is a hot wallet stored encrypted in your browser: keep only trading funds on it and back up its key.
Regulatory and tax risks
Rules on crypto-assets and leveraged products differ by country and change over time. Some services may be unavailable in some countries. Gains on crypto-assets may be taxable: you are responsible for your tax returns.
Annex 2 — Right of withdrawal
The rule
For a contract concluded at a distance, a consumer generally has 14 days to withdraw without giving a reason (article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code).
What it means on LEVA
- Using LEVA commits you to nothing: no account, no subscription, no prepayment. You can stop at any time, with no formality or cost.
- Every transaction you sign is carried out immediately, at your request, and becomes final on the blockchain. The right of withdrawal does not apply to services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period whose performance began with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you lose your right of withdrawal (article L221-28, 1° of the French Consumer Code). You give them before your first transaction, by ticking the boxes shown and signing a free message with your wallet; LEVA keeps that signature as proof of your consent.
- A confirmed transaction therefore cannot be cancelled or refunded by LEVA. LEVA fees taken on an executed transaction remain due.
- If a paid service not performed immediately (a subscription, for example) were ever offered, the 14-day period would apply and be recalled before you sign up.
Exercising the right when it applies
Send an unambiguous statement to [adresse e-mail de contact] or to [adresse du siège social], for example with the form below. Any refund would be made within 14 days of receipt, with the same means of payment.
